Upside Down ? in my text messages...Whats Going On?????

A Text recipient has informed me that when he gets a Text from me, there are "Upside Down ?" (Question Mark Symbol) at the beginning of each sentence
I have never seen this before.
Does anyone have knowledge of Why / How this would happen?????
