Upside Down Screen Rotate

I often listen to podcasts or use gps in car and charge at the same time. Since the power plugs in the bottom, when the screen is rightside up it kind of leans to the side when I prop the phone up in the car.

The solution would be to put the phone upside down so the power from the cigarette lighter would then be at the top of the phone. I think some roms have this but am happy with CM7 which I don't think has this feature. I did a search for an app and came up empty.

Any ideas?

1. Physical menu key at a homescreen
2. Settings
3. CyanogenMod settings
4. Display
5. ?????
6. Profit

CM7 should flip up side down. Mine does. Co-worker's does as well.
