i have the otterboix commuter, spigen slim armor and have the UAG coming this week. I will return the SPigen, it feels cheap. the otterbox is ok...the UAG seems as good on the pics but appears slimmer... any UAG users here?

Had one for my Note 3. Went with Speck for the Note 4.

I have the clear Maverick case. Love the protection it offers, but it's a lot tighter than my Note 3 UAG case. To the point I fear I may damage my phone taking it out. Also the heart rate monitor is difficult/impossible to use with the case on.

Love my UAG cover. Perfect fit and feels perfect in the hand. Not as bulky as my Otter Box commuter on my last phone.

Oh and the extra large mic opening fits my verizon mic opening. Plus all the other cut outs are larger than most other covers. Makes getting the stylus or plugging in head phones much easier.

Those that have ordered direct from UAG, did you receive a shipping notification email? I was told that my case would be shipping yesterday, and I haven't received an email.

Yes, but they drag their @ss shipping the cases out. Took me 7 days to receive my case after I placed my order.

Also the UAG is so damn TIGHT that I still have not put my phone into that case.
I can almost guarantee that once you wedge you phone into the case there will be damage on the shiny edges when you go to pry it out.
The UAG is one tight mother butter :p I'm waiting on an Otterbox commuter now.

I've seen quite a few complaints about the case being too tight. Since I haven't received a confirmation, I told them to cancel my order. Damn shame, that blue case was sexy as hell.

Yea, I just laid my phone on the UAG case and it will take quite a bit of might and force to install the phone into that case. You might need a crowbar to get the Note 4 out :p

I was considering this case as well but I like swapping cases regularly and going without a case sometimes too so the tight fit may make it unsuitable for my needs.

I was wondering the same thing. I got the email saying their stock was coming in on thursday and would be shipped out.

i love my UAG case...thinner and lighter than my commuter but same impact resistance... and its better looking

Mine just came today! I agree. I like that it is snug in the case. Quality stuff for sure!

I read on XDA that the problem with tight cases only seems to apply to the clear case. Since there is noTPU lining, it's made of all the harder outer shell material and is a pain to get off. I'm glad UAG didn't receive my email requesting my order to be cancelled until after it shipped.

What about the heart rate monitor? I would bet that is a matter of size and shape and not material. Any further reports regarding the heart rate monitor and UAG's that are not the Maverick?

I just got the case today and i like it. There is a video on youtube that show you how to easily put in and remove the case.

Does the clear case offer as much protection as the colored uag cases? I'd like the clear but not if its going to be less protective or too difficult to remove.
