[URGENT]I contacted google and no answers from them

I got defective new N7, and i called google for the replacement.

The assistant told me to wait til they get the update from the specialists and there is still no answer. It has been almost 5 days.

What am i supposed to do? You know theres only 15 days to return, or replace the device.
 
- Screen bleeding along the edge of the top of the screen
- and white dust around front cam, under the glass. (now it has moved a bit to the side)
- some dead pixels


I contacted them over 3 times and they keep saying they delivered the case to the specialist. GOD, it's been a week since I contacted them.
What am i supposed to do? Just wait?

im assuming you bought it from the playstore? if so then i guess wait since they'll replace it. unless you bought it from like best buy or something.

Had the same problem with a N7 FHD LTE with a bad mic out-of-the-box. Six days and no follow-up on the issue. The Play Store Rep should have sent you a courtesy e-mail detailing your discussion with the last sentence:

" If you run into any issues or have any concerns feel free to reply to this email."

Reply to that e-mail stating it's been 5+ days & they will elevate it to the techs.
Worked for me - got a response within 4 hours.

Google has the WORST customer service. The never answer my emails, and my calls are always turned over to a "specialist" who never calls me back. I am regreting this purchase for that reason. Apple has GREAT customer service but I can't stand that company.
 
I have never had a problem with Google and I am sure that there are others that will tell you the same story. Sounds like you should stick with Apple and all your problems will go away
 
Even with the 15 days replacement, if you emailed them you have proof that you TRIED. They should honor that.

No problem here either. I called when I had an issue, the CS person said I'd receive a link to order a replacement device, that arrived quickly and I sent the problem unit back with the prepaid shipping label Google provided. Very easy. Replacement arrived in a week and is working fine so far.
