URGENT!! My weather app seems to be uninstalled from my phone, and my phone screen looks zoomed in.

I currently have a Galaxy S7. When my phone died yesterday, I had to use a car charger to charge it. For some reason, when it turned on, the screen looks very zoomed in. The lock/home and touch capacitive buttons are a bit laggy and buggy when first restarting. When I unlock the phone, the screen's contents don't fit the phone's screen. Like some apps look like they're cut in half. The screen still works, but I don't know why this happened. Also, my weather widget and app keeps on crashing. I searched some solutions to fix it, but it seems to have disappeared from my app drawer. This is the stock weather app. Please help.
