[URGENT] Soft Bricked Oneplus 5T and need some help

Long story short I wanted to completely wipe my op5t so i wiped every single thing ie. system, data, internal storage, etc.
I booted into the bootloader from twrp and I'm kinda stuck in this purgatory where I'm unable to boot to anything but the bootloader (it is unlocked btw). I'm using windows 10 and the device manager detects it as "Android ADB Interface" under "Kedacom USB Devices". I don't know how to unbrick, someone please help.

You're asking how to reflash the stock firmware?

All you have to do is run the recovery:

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons at the same time. Let go of both buttons once the OnePlus boot screen appears and wait a couple of seconds. Now, either tap "English," or select it using your volume and power buttons to get into recovery.

and flash 5.1.7 from Signed flashable zips (click the button to reveal the versions) at the OnePlus site.
