That's cause T-Mobile world wide has a nasty network issue and it's effecting all the other carriers, especially to make calls , it's on the website.

I Know , good thing I have Att also !

I hear ya! Verizon here too, but I got May in May, albeit on the 21st. So I've been hopeful all month, but now the 24th and still nothing.

I have the Exynos Version of the Note 10 Plus factory unlocked and received the update on June 20th. I like it that Samsung keeps these devices updated. One of my reason for buying Galaxy.
