US v Decimal measurements

[AC Question]

My Galaxy S4, which I believe is a US model insists on showing all measurements (including temperature) in imperial measurements.It also shows dates in the US formation and I want dd.mm.yy
How can I achieve this?

Welcome to AC
Go to settings > system > date & time. There should be an option for changing the format of your clock.
