Android Central Question

I am sure this question has been asked a zillion times already....I just went from the S7 Edge to the S9+. Where is the usage manager, so I can shut down my YouTube music app if I need to?

Currently, I have to force stop it. Also, I try to put it to sleep and it STILL plays music. I'm concerned as to why it still plays when I put it to sleep.

Anyone know of a quick way to shut down YouTube or Google Play Music?

App Manager (Settings - Apps) is still there and you can force stop the app from it (or long-press on the app icon and tap the 'i' button that would take you directly to that section).

Battery Use list is also still there (Settings - Device Maintenance - Battery - Battery Usage for further detail)
