I'm loving my Nexus 7 to pieces, and most of the time WiFi is enough for connectivity. But I was just wandering around looking at hot spots and saw a few 4GE USB modems. Has anyone tried to use one of these with the Nexus 7? I already have an OTG cable on order, so that much is taken care of.
PS: Please let's stay focused on the question. I already have a pay-as-you-go cell phone that I am more than happy with, and have no interest in getting a smartphone with hotspot. At most I'll think about the Verizon hotspots w/ 4gb data plan, but I would rather have the modem if it works.
