Hey guys;
I drive a (very) old Subaru, which does not have wireless audio. My old phone had a headphone jack, so I was able to plug into my sound system using a 3.5mm TRS plug using the aux input. The Pixel 6 does not have a headphone jack, but I assume that I can route audio over USB if I use a USB-C to 3.5mm TRS jack, or if I want to get fancy, I could use a Bluetooth DAC (to which I would plug the 3.5mm plug from the sound system), but I think the wired usb audio should be fine.
Is there any specific brand of adapter I should get?
Another thought: Maybe I need an amp.
I recall that when connecting my old phone's headphone jack to the aux input of my sound system, I needed to crank the volume on the vehicle's audio way up.
Thanks
