USB Audio Question.

I'm using a Samsung Dongle from C to 3.5. Is there anyway I can have notifications sound through the USB Audio? In other words, back in the good days of headphone jacks, the notification would sound through the earbuds, that is what I want. I don't want to have to put the notifications on vibrate to know when I get one.
I'm beginning to see these dongles are all different. I have one that allows me to use the inline Mic with it, but this one not so. Thanks for any feedback.

Nevermind. This was a simple fix, like turning the volume level for notifications to anything other than mute. I don't know why they were on mute, but problem solved.
