USB connection stopped working

Good Day All.

Here is a weird one that I can not figure out. My phone stopped recognizing any type of Charger except a wall charger. I have tried multiple car chargers both standard and multiple USB plug in cables with a car USB adapter and nothing. (All of these worked fine two days ago.) If I take the same cables and plug into a wall adapter they work fine. But if i plug them into a computer the phone does nothing. (tried multiple computers that I have plugged the phone in before with success.) I have tried everything I can think of even totally reseting the phone with no change.

Any Thoughts???

Settings
Storage
Menu (3 dots in top right)
USB connection settings
Then toggle your USB Computer Connection settings

Or check USB Debugging in Developer Options
