USB Debugging & Reborn Rom (SOLVED)

Ok after I installed the Reborn Rom I noticed the USB Debugging does not show up anymore in the notification bar when I have phone connected to computer, USB connected still does. I did a search and found this link but no answers for the Optimus s:

Now I check and the box does have a check mark for USB Debugging, but does not show up in the notification bar but if I go into adb shell my phone is found:
C:\Users\Costco> adb shell
#

If I remove the check mark from the USB Debugging and go into adb shell I get this :
C:\Users\Costco>adb shell
error: device not found

So I think that mean that it is still working but I am not a expert at this....but trying to learn.
So why do you think this is now happening?

Yes it still works and if you reread the changelog in the OP for reborn, it says the notification was removed on purpose.

Yep, you are right! I was reading the log as you where probably typing.
I actually noticed it because I was reading that thread about other roms and such and plugged my phone in to the computer.
