USB device driver won't install

Hi all,
Just got my new Note! It rocks, sorta.

I want to load some larger (700 + ) AVI files but run into some problems.
1st: when plugging in USB cable the Window 7 machine gives an error message:
Device driver won't install.

2nd: when attaching cable - going through: settings/wireless and Network/USB utilities and connecting
to the file K:, going through that routine, I can connect sometimes download a 170M file then it stops midway after trying to download a 2nd file

It won't let me download a large file 700m +

Any help would be most appreciated.

Do you currently have any Samsung drivers installed? If so, you need to go to control panel and uninstall them.

Then you head over to the Samsung support site and download Samsung Kies if you don't already have it. Installing Kies will install all of the necessary drivers for you.

If you have Kies already installed, you may just need to uninstall it and reinstall to get things up and running.
