USB Drivers - Device not found

I've installed drivers USB from Samsung's site. My device is still not found anywhere other than under Ports. Not sure what else to do at this point. I was thinking that the device should show under MyComputer. Ultimately, I trying to fix the imei that I broke. Can't move forward without system being able to see device.
