USB dual boot concept

I was just thinking what if a USB drive had built-in Bluetooth/wifi and mobile antennas? Then phone makers could make a custom grub to boot into android when plunged into a phone hardware and Linux when x86 is detected both sharing the same storage partition. Then hardware makers wouldn't have to put those antennas in every model just a USB port. Any thoughts?
