USB file transfers randomly stop

Not quite sure whats going on. I've tried using Sidesync and also just dragging files into the folder in windows. Trying to transfer to the SD card, it seems if a file is bigger then 2-3 gigs it just stops unfinished.

Sidesync wont say anything, Windows will say Cannot copy, The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected.

Any ideas?
