USB Issue

So when I plug my Thunderbolt in to my PC via USB, the computer recognizes the device as a cd-drive, not a removable drive like an external HD or thumbdrive.

I can't explore it, and when I try to open it I'm prompted to insert a disk into the drive.

Thoughts?

Unlock phone, pull down notification bar, click where it says charge only then select disk drive.

Thanks so much, it worked.

I had toggled that option several times, but it didn't work before. Something went wrong with the automatic driver installation when I first plugged it in. I assume that had something to do with it.
