USB Mounting Achieved on Galaxy Nexus; High Praise for Battery Life Due [Forum Talk]

People were worried about not having USB Mounting on the Galaxy Nexus, but looks like Paul from MoDaCo got it to work. Before the phone evens gets to us in the US, developers are already finding all sorts of ways to significantly improve the phone. This is the kind of stuff we can expect from owning the Galaxy Nexus in the near future: huge developer support.

Just download XNJB if you're using a Mac. It's what I use for my Android 3.1 tablet using MTP and it works every time.

Problem solved.

This thing will somehow have a better camera before it comes out, too. It's like we nitpick at it and a few days later, that issue is solved. Another reason why this phone is a must.

By the way, they should have a battery percentage indicator near the actual battery icon. Easily done through rooting and messing with the framework, but I figured I'd say it now so that in a few days it's done and I won't have to do anything.

I think this USB mounting means mounting USB drives to the Galaxy Nexus, so you can read / write USB drives using your phone
