USB Storage not show on my 4k firestick

[Android Central Question]

I have used 3 different USBs all formatted FAT32 , I have used 3 different OTC cables , I have tried on 2 different 4k Firesticks . I have updated the OS , I have tried with both Debugging on and Off . I can see the USB with a program called X-Plore I can move files back and forth . But the firestick still does not see it as a storage device . HELP ! please .
