Use as a clock while charging?

I charge my phone on my nightstand. Is there somewhere in the settings to set the phone to stay on the lockscreen at low level while charging?

Dock Clock (or pay for Dock Clock Plus) is a great app from the Play Store. I use it every night.

Not sure if that is available. But there are plenty of apps that can act as a desktop clock and night mode.
