use camera as a web camera on pc?

is there anyway to use the phones camera as a pc web camera?

Great idea, but isn't the resolution a little high for a webcam? Isn't it 5MP?

There's an app called "Secret Live Stream" that might work for you. No computer software needed, you just go to the url it displays on the phone and you can view the video from any web browser on your WiFi network.

With as easy as it is to upload pics straight from your phone...I'm not sure I understand why you would need to do this.

I mean, it's not that big of a deal to get a photobucket (or any of the various other) accounts.

That being said...Secret Live Stream does sound kinda nice.

Doesnt the captivate already have a forward-facing camera on it similar to an i-phone 4 that COULD be used for video chat if at&t had enabled it to work that way? I read that somewhere........anyone know anything more about this?
