Use games off-line with no cell signal?

Will be camping in an area with no verizon signal. Can I download some games to run on the Dinc that doesn't require a cell signal to work? Just run them local only off the phone?

I know Angry Birds works fine with no cell service...both regular and the Rio edition. My Paper Airplane 2, 3D Table Tennis. Granted I'm not a huge gamer but I don't think I've played one that really "required" you to have cell service unless you're playing someone online.

If your camping though shouldn't you be roasting marshmallow's and/or drinking your own body weight in beer (assuming your 21)?

Ben - you will be able to play until you hit a point where the the game will likely need to download the next level or more info to play. Lot's of campsites have WiFi now - so hope may not be lost!

LOL - there is a KOA near here that is completely covered with WiFi access. A buddy of mine manages it and let me tell you do that get pissed when it goes down! I'm like you, I'd use the time to disconnect completely. But, everyone has their thing.
