Use S Voice with Lock Scree

is there anyway to use S voice to make a call without unlocking the lock screen? Or a way to set the screen to only lock when I manually lock it? I have Screen Off and Lock downloaded which lets me manually lock it from the pull down menu but it still automatically locks after 10 minutes after no use.

If you don't have a lock set, yes you can double tap home and it'll launch s voice from a completely off screen. I personally have just swipe to unlock set and s voice works when my phone is locked, a pin or password will require that to be entered to get into s voice though.

The 10 minute thing on the other hand, no I'm pretty sure you can't have the phone stay on continuously, unless it's plugged in and you have the setting set to keep the screen on while charging. It's under "developer options"
