Ok well need just a lil more info. You used gingerbreak right. To me the best one is bobzhome recovery
I really don't know if this will work dwld GUI from http://forums.androidcentral.com/showthread.php?t=108282 and you can flash bobz recovery after boot. Try that hope that helps .

did you not make a backup????? theres nothing wrong with rom manager used it forever and never had a problem with it. get online here or Xda and download another rom, either another backside not from rom manager or harmonia. what ever one you wanna try. go into rom manager and select zip from sd card. when the menu comes up check all 3(the back up for just incase...Rule #1) and let it do its thing. when its all done it will be in recovery and should have reboot system selected. just push the camara button to select. Will take longer than normal to reboot.

rom manager doesnt play well with most OVs. Youre asking for trouble, especially the newer OVs ^^^

Theres a lot more safer ways. I mean if you care enough to try to fix it then why not take the time to read and research and get it right the first time. R.M is not needed.

DO NOT USE ROM MANGER ON THE O.V <-- P.S.A for newbies.

Its not worth the risk. unless you know how to fix it, i suppose :p

I did this to mine twice and fixed ut twice lol and your right R.M is not worth it.

@OP look a few pages back in this forum (Optimus V Rooting, Roms, and Hacks) and there is atleast 20 people that did this to their phone and successfully fixed it.
