Using ADB to install DJ05 radio on a Mac?

I haven't seen this come up yet, so I thought I would ask...I was hoping to install the DJ05 stuff from XDA on my Fascinate today, and although I can update to the new kernel/ROM using ROM manager/CW, I use a Mac and can't figure out how to manually install the radio update "DJ05modem.tar" (can't use Odin). I have used ADB tools in the past to root and do other things, but I've had the guidance of AC forum gurus for those maneuvers. Has anyone done this? Thanks!

Not a dumb question at all, I would guess it's the latter...

I don't know much on ADB, but I would think it is possible considering you can use it to flash CWM on a Mac. Maybe try jumping into IRC to see if anyone with more knowledge can help
