Just about 2 or 3 weeks ago i could use android file transfer just fine to sync my data in my htc one.
But now every time i plug in my phone and open android file transfer it says no device found, please plug in your device or restart phone.
When I replug it or restart the phone it says "could not connect to device". I have tried using three different usb cables to attempt to connect but it doesn't work.
The last time i was using android file transfer my sister asked to help her sync stuff so i connected her s4 mini and android file transfer said the same thing it said to me. That's wierd coz right before she asked me for her phone to be synced android file transfer was working fine with my phone. I installed samsung kies and synced her data in her phone. Yesterday i looked on forums on how to fix and they kept saying to uninstall kies or reinstall drivers and restart computer. I have done all the methods and i still can't use android file transfer. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
