I have a PC running Windows 10. I installed Bluestacks 3 simulator to access apps such as WhatsApp on the PC.

1. I am unable to move files between the two. (a) Bluestacks has a button to download files to Windows, and when I do that, it says file moved successfully to the folder chosen. But it does not show up in the folder? Also, I checked C:\Bluestacks and could not find it there either. (b) If I am moving from Windows to Bluestacks, the only thing that works is if it is a Image file that I can upload to Google Photos and download to WhatsApp. I cannot do that with a pdf file. What can I do with pdf?

2. Another thing that I cannot do is cut paste a message from gmail in Windows to WhatsApp message. How can I take care of these?

Might it be the fact that it's a simulator as to why it can't fully complete the action?

Last year (bad link removed by Moderator) BlueStackschanged it so that if you want to use their emulator you either have to pay MONTHLY.
