Using Audio from a media file

Am I able to use the audio from a video I have taken saved on my S8+ to use as a ringtone?
I took a video using snap chat, saved it to my device and would like the audio as my ringtone. Is this possible?

You will need to separate the audio from the video by doing a conversion on the video file into an MP3 file.
After the creation of the MP3 file, save it to the "/Ringtones" folder.

This is easy to do on a computer. I have never looked for an app to do it on a phone.
