Using gmail, Why does text disappear from email in drafts?

When I've saved email to drafts (in Gmail), and I go back to edit or send, the body of email is blank.
Before I click on edit icon, I see first few lines..Then it's blank. Yet I can find the draft on other devices, like tablet..
