Using manual mode for photos

Can anyone point me to a good resource that will show me basics of shooting in manual mode on my phone? I've looked around online and cant really find one.

The manual mode uses many features as a dslr camera, except for aperture. Ours is fixed.

ISO, shuttering speed, WB, exposure, temperature, etc, this is all universal photography terms and features.
