Using Nexus 10 as a hotspot with 4G USB modem

I have a USB Modem ( PXU1960 Clear Stick Atlas) that I have working on my Nexus 10 with an OTG adaptor. ( I had to switch the USB stick to NAT mode in the device settings webpage to get DNS working. ) From what I understand Android supports WiFi sharing, but I have not been able to figure out how to get it to work. I don't see the expected hotspot option in the settings page, and have tried several third party hotspot apps with no luck. Any suggestions? I would like to be able to use my Nexus 10 to provide internet to my other wifi devices to avoid having to carry something like a clearspot with me also.
