Using Note 3 as a tv remote?

Samsung Watch On app has the remote function, it's an included app on the phone

Watch on is my handy universal remote. Tv, cable box, dvr and audio system.

I always have my remote with me. 3 rooms on remote. Bedroom, living room and Man Cave.
