Using S21 Galway as a VOIP handset

My landline has been ported across to a VOIP service.

Is it possible to use my Samsung as a VOIP handset to receive any calls made to the old landline

Hi, Welcome to the forums!

You could use call forwarding on your landline & have it forward the calls to your Samsung.

Just a thought.

Are but... I am charged for each forwarded call. Looking for some way to connect the mobile to voip provider

Ouch! Sorry, my provider doesn't charge to forward to my mobile. I'm sure someone will have a better idea.

Does the VOIP provider not have an app to allow you to use a smartphone as a handset for your service? That should be one of the benefits of having VOIP - portability across multiple devices...
