Using the native calendar app

The Samsung email app is available in the Google play store. I haven't been able to configure the Samsung email app to work with my work Office 365 account. But my problem is our IT office. They are so paranoid about security that they have handicapped our ability to function as effectively as we did prior to Office 365.

For some reason, the Samsung email app was not showing up in the Galaxy Store (it did show up once i did the factory reset). I never checked the Google Play store. I was frustrated, it was late, and I just decided to do a factory reset.

getting the email app was the key there. thanks. I was able to download the Samsung email app and once I did, I could add my Outlook account into the Samsung calendar. saved me a factory reset. thanks!

Steve,
I download the email app from google store and the Microsoft Exchange (corp) appears. I added the microsoft account but it just remind in outlook calendar. Cannot see in native calendar nor business calendar (pro). Is there any tricks that you have used during the setup ?

Make sure you added the account using Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. If so, go to the account settings and make sure calendar is enabled to sync.
