Using the root cell

I'm trying my rooter galaxy but when it comes in SuperOneClick part of Step # 6 in the program crashes and does not get more. Does anyone know what might be happening?

I don't know what root cell is but, if you're on AT&T and you want to root, you can follow the root process sticky in that forum. It works perfectly.
