Using the S6 as a wireless access point

Does the AT&T S6 have a built in app to turn off and on using it as a wireless access point? Or do I need to download an app for that?

Settings>connections>mobile hotspot and tethering

There isn't an app in the app drawer for it. You can download a toggle widget off the market.
