I have the Samsung Spare Battery charger for the Galaxy S5 (EB-KG900BWUSTA) but I haven't used it for a while. I can't find any instructions on line. At present I have a battery in the unit charging. The indicator light at the top is a steady RED. I can't remember if this means the battery is fully charged or if it is in the process of being charged.

I'd greatly appreciate someone giving me some assistance on this. Thanks in advance.

I don't know how Samsung does it (I have a few made by other manufacturers), but red usually means charging and blue is charged. It can't hurt to leave itin too long, though - charging stops when the battery is fully charged. Leave it in overnight and you'll find out what color fully charged is.

The red means it's charging. Once it's fully charged, the led will turn green

Thank you both for your replies. And yes, I've seen that the indicator light does turn to green when the battery has fully charged.
