V11g update

So at least we have an update.. And a rather large one at that! Anyone found anything different? Apart from being quicker and smoother so far I've not found any new features.. Thoughts anyone?

Yeah some extra features with face recognition. And i find battery improvements aswell.

It seems like my G6 is working a little smoother. But, that took way too long.

Sorry to ask, but in what way? Is the camera that much better.. We've both had great shots with the G6.. How is the battery on the pixel.. Can get no more than 4hr SOT these days!

Yeah, the night time shots are far better. I miss the wide angle but the clarity and ease of the Pixel is unmatched. Also, it's fast.. it could be that my G6 is still messed up from the OS but it feels like a snail compared to the Pixel. It doesn't have the "cute" LG apps and stuff if you like those you might miss it. But I've had zero problems with this phone so far. I've been using the smaller one, with the 2700ish battery and I'm getting around 6 hours of SOT.

This is the other day with 60% left.

The Pixel is rather incredible... It combines speed with reliability.. it focuses even faster than the Samsungs... And the processing means that you really have to be a hamfisted fool to screw up a shot. But it's really the clarity that I like. Pictures are sharp and focused without the artifacts that drove me nuts on the LG's
