v20 bad outgoing call quality with headset

When I am on a call and use a headset that I have had no problems with on other devices, the person on the other end reports terrible buzzing and bad quality. I havent had this problem on other devices and don't know what would cause it

Are you using a wired or Bluetooth headset?

How old is your headset? Does it support the latest version of BT? Are you experiencing the same with a different (more updated) pair?

If you are using wired make sure its plugged all the way in.
