V20 battery won't charge over 94% what do I do?

Try out AccuBattery ... Lots of good info about charging and your battery health.

Okay, late to the party, but ...

1. If you regularly drain the battery to zero, or to when the phone shuts off, a week is all it takes to permanently ruin a lithium battery. They're NOT deep-discharge devices. (They are the lightest metal there is, which is the only reason they're being used. If we could use solid hydrogen as a battery electrode, that would be the best choice - but a lead-acid battery can take years of abuse and keep working. You just don't want to lug 5 pounds of battery around to power a phone.)

2. Recalibrating the battery means charging it until the terminal voltage stops going up, then setting the calibration file to "100%" - which it is when the terminal voltage stops rising during charging. That can only be done with a rooted phone. (Battery Calibration (Root) makes it easy.)

A lead acid starter battery can be ruined by deep discharges just like a Li-ion battery. Deep discharge (aka "marine") lead acid batteries are what you would need for that type of service.

I had the same issue. I just restarted the phone and it charged to 100%. I hadn't restarted in several weeks. Maybe the calibration fails after an extended run time.
