V20 for $480 or wait a few months for G6?

Yes, they are. Crazy. I think the sensor is really starting to show it's age. Not sure why LG can't use a newer Sony sensor.

If I had confidence they could fix it with an update, I'd consider keeping it. But I'm not sure it's possible.

Did you only post the one photo? I was trying to find more examples from you but only saw that one.

Yep, that was all it took to make up my mind.

Actually I probably took over 100 pictures with the G6 between yesterday afternoon and this morning. Not a single one outperformed the V20. No point in wasting a Jump and not getting an improvement in the feature that matters the most to me.

The V20 will be a little bigger in size (taller actually). So the G6 will be better if you want a compact size. The main selling point for the V20 is the removable battery, quad DAC, and hi-fi mic for video/audio recording. I honestly don't think the V20 is much different in size from the G6, just a tad bit taller to fit the quad DAC in it, it's still a very thin device. Both are great choices, however, I think the V20 will be cheaper in price since it's been out for a while now.

Wow,thank you for that photo. It really shows a great side-by-side comparison. It's great to see for those of us who haven't had the chance to view the G6 in-person as of yet!

I will have to see how it compares to my Pixel XL :).

Some folks in the G6 forum are complaining about the camera

There is no phone camera past present or future that would make me give up the V20. I think it takes decent photos or what I call snap shots. I know I'm not the average person but there are too many great things about this phone that leave me with no reason to switch and I don't consider anything an upgrade at this point.

Yes the V20 may be the most under rated phone in history. Most people have never even seen one. Best Buy still doesn't carry them. Blows away my old Note 7 in every way except the camera. I think the V20 is the best phone currently available. I will have to check out the S8 to see if it competes.

The V10 and V20 are both super underrated; which is really unfortunate, because they are fabulous devices.

V20 best phone on the market, nothing comes even close, nothing.

Love how the camera blows away the S7 and IPhone 7 plus, which is 1000$ hahah
