V20 in Otterbox Defender case dropped FRONT face down on carpet, then REAR camera glass cracked!

Asurian normally does not want accessories or batteries....best bet is to call Ausurian but they usually provide instructions

too late... she's one of those people who do things quickly without thinking.... she already dropped it in the mail. (only the V20 by itself) Asurion said they don't need the accessories or batteries, which I assume is for shipping safety reasons? Now she has an extra battery and adapter.

If it were me, I would have paid a few bucks postage myself and have the peace of mind of a real tracking number.
