Oh my that setting was ticking me off lol. Oh it was talking back alright. Took me forever to turn setting off. Had to restart phone 3 times cause it froze. Definitely will leave that setting alone lol.

Yeah, that's one of the first apps I Disable when I get a new phone. (Except now, there's this odd bug with "Ok Google" where if you disable TalkBack, you lose the response tone when you say "Ok Google." TalkBack has to be enabled, and then you have to go to Settings>Accessibility and turn the Switch Access setting on. No idea why.)
