Yep, the app is used to offer compatibility with the LGR100 or LG 360 VR through the USB type C connector.

Content wise, I can't compare the two. I have only played with LG VR, & the app support was & still is very minimal at best. Honestly, it's really too early to be fully committing to VR at the moment. I would give the tech at least another year or two to fully mature.

I am getting a Samsung vr unit from a promotion when I had my note 7.

Gonna test it with the v20...I hope it works

Let us know what how that goes. Yeah after looking into the LG VR I'm not a fan of the way it's setup. I'm thinking of getting one of those cheap universal type VR headsets to see how it works with the V20.

I will, it is approved, but not shipped yet so it will be a little while

Yea, I got this deal when I had the note 7... We all know how that ended up. I have an galaxy s4. Not sure if that will work with the vr?
