Another leak shows that the V30 will be a video-centric smartphone, posted by Android Authority. They also say "the V30 will have extra Hi-Fi features, with a new Hi-Fi digital filter and sound preset, as well as Hi-Fi streaming with MQA. Essentially, this allows you to stream hi-fidelity audio in a file size that's small and easy to download or stream, without any of the losses associated with traditional compressed audio files." The V30 will also offer Hi-Fi video recording with RAM (receiver as a mic,) which may mean you're able to connect an external microphone. They aren't sure how LG will implement this feature. The V30's new advanced Quad DAC will be built into the phone as well as tuning by B&O in certain markets (once again like last years V20 and the G6.)

Does this mean that both, the DAC and the B&O tuning/probably ear buds, will be exclusive to some markets, or does the exclusivity only refer to the B&O part? I'm not shure what's the right interpretation.

It means the tuning part done in the DAC/software done by B&O will be exclusive to some markets, while other markets, (probably North America,) won't get any tuning done, but the differences were small compared to the 2 last year I think. I don't know if they will do that B&O headphones deal again, we will have to wait and see when it comes out, but it is possible. I don't think that will be exclusive, but who knows.

Exclusive: LG V30 will be a video-centric smartphone

The V series were always about Hi-Fi video and audio recording. If you look at the commercials, you see Joseph Gordon-Levitt demonstrating it. It is a selling point because it appeals to the power user.

The V30 won't have such high video footage that these things will be useful. The only phone that might is the Red Hydrogen.
