V495 Gpad 8.0 v495 with At&t unlimited data plan hot spot problems?

I turn on my hot spot to use my chrome cast to watch movies and to use YouTube. After 10-15 minutes it turns itself off. I already got my settings set to never cut off the hot spot. Why is this? This is why I got the unlimited data plan in the first place. 4G LTE carrier blocking prolonged use? What do I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using the YouTube app, or the YouTube site in the browser? Is it just the hotspot that turns off, or does it coincide with the tablet's screen turning off as well?
