Don't buy from ”smartphone.oneline” at ebay
I bought a Note 5 from ”smartphone.oneline” in the beginning of August. There were some issues with it, and we agreed that I should send it back for a refund.
I sent it back to them and they said that the refund should take 2-5 working days. Days went, so I mailed them again and they answered that they have had a big holliday in Hongkong, so my refund will be on my account just before 11th of October. Was it? Oh no! Of course not. Until then I have mailed them everyday and asked when, and if, I’m going to get my refund. Completely dead! Like the company doesn’t exist! No answer whatsoever!
All the time before 5th of October they have answered my mails nicely, but after that, nothing.
My conclusion is that they wanted my feedback time, on the website, to end. When it had ended they stopped answering my emails. I also conclude that they want to keep my money, like criminals!
So please, don’t support these thieves!
