Verizon 5G is extremely slow

5G on Verizon, nationally, is abysmal. They know it.

I live in Central Florida and while I don't have 5G at my home, I have full bars almost everywhere that I drive. Regular 4G is faster 95% of the time. I have never once seen more than 50 down.

I am using a Note 20 Ultra.

5G currently appears to just be an advertising scam... and a downgrade, except in a few select area's around the country. I'm a little surprised the carriers haven't had any legal issues from the FCC or Consumer Protection etc

Only thing I noticed about 5G on T-Mobile is the service connection seems to be a bit stronger. I usually get more bars it seems. But other then that, meh. Could care less. I generally use LTE.

My thought is if it's there and you can use it.. Cool. If not, that would be fine too. It really doesn't have any benefit.
